James McCoy’s GoFundMe as discussed in December meeting

I hope this message finds everyone healthy and happy enjoying the holidays.

As discussed in the December meeting, James McCoy, one of HSSOCF’s young officials and a player many of us have officiated in high school and club was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in March 2019. James had limb-saving surgery in July to remove the tumor and install a titanium megaprosthesis. James has been undergoing cancer treatments for the past nine months with at least another month remaining before extensive physical rehab. He has learned to walk again, and is hoping to be able to run by summer. But his bigger goals are to kick a soccer ball and resume his college plans at FAU

Donation options were discussed at the meeting and the membership requested the GoFundMe details be shared with the whole HSSOCF membership by email, website, and Arbiter. As done before, a recommended game fee donation was suggested.
