High School Sports Officials of Central Florida (HSSOCF) is a local group of soccer officials organized and affiliated with the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA). Established in 1981, we now have more than 200 registered members who officiate the majority of the high school soccer matches in Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.

The HSSOCF is dedicated to the continuing development of soccer referees. We provide a forum for our members to meet and discuss soccer, refereeing, and related matters. We also provide ongoing training and developmental assessments for our members.

We believe very strongly that a referee’s first and foremost responsibility is to the game of soccer… to insure a safe venue for every player – regardless of age, skill or experience – to enjoy the game fully.
